- Abstract
The article presents a case study of medical service marketing issues confronted at the Department of Conceptual Surgery at the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, Minnesota. An overview of conceptual surgery is given, as well as the particular history of the department at the Mayo Clinic. The problem of selecting and applying appropriate marketing strategies for the department is presented.
