- Abstract
A wild Hygrophoropsis sp. from the wetland of Qilihai in Tianjin was selected for artificial cultivation. The mycelium of the Hygrophoropsis sp. grew well on an improved PDA medium at 29°C and pH 6. Out of the sixteen tested cultivation substrates, the best substrate for fruiting was 52% rice straw, 24%wheat grain, 24% reed humus and 56% water content. Using cultivation bags filled with the best cultivation substrate and under 29°C and 85% relative humidity, the inoculated mycelia first grew to full bag on round day 40~50, then developed primordia on around day 50~60, and finally developed mature fruiting bodies on around day 75~80.
