- Abstract
The article focuses on a study of chemical coupling of resin bonded dental restorations. It examined the bonding strength of resin to alloy with a chemical coupling technique. Two alloy bars joined together with composite resin were used instead of a metal and an acrylic bar for finding the tensile strength. The EB resin, which consists of E-51 apoxide resin, methacrylic acid and maleic acid, was used during the study. The bars were stored at room temperature for a day, after which their tensile strength was examined with the universal testing instrument. Statistical analysis was done using the Student's t test.
