- Abstract
Objective: To explore the curative effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil on the treatment of verruca plana juvenilis. Methods: Selected 121 cases of patients with flat wart in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group (60 cases). The patients in observation group were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil, and the patients in control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser. The efficacy, T lymphocyte subsets, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were detected and compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 98.36 %, which was significantly higher than that of control group 91.67% (P<0.05); after treatment, the level of CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ were significantly different in two groups (P<0.05), and compared with control group, CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+were significantly higher in observation group, and CD8+ was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and the recurrence rate of the observation group (5.88 %) was significantly lower than the control group (15 %) (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Carbon dioxide laser therapy combined with 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of flat wart is significant, can significantly improve the immune function, and reduce the recurrence rate of verruca plana juvenilis, worthy of clinical application.
