- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 52-year-old man chronic heamodialysis patient who was brought to the hospital because of right pain. He had no history of trauma and exposure to anticoagulants such as heparin during haemodialysis. His was found to have a perirenal haematoma along the anterior aspect of the subcapsular haematoma of the right contracted kidney as revealed in his abdominal computed tomography scan. He was diagnosed with Wunderlich's syndrome and was treated with blood transfusion.
