- Abstract
The article describes a case of colchicine-responsive chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis with mutations in the MEFV gene in a 14-year-old female. Three days after the patient was admitted, gallium (Ga) scintigraphy demonstrated significant uptake in the bilateral proximal region of the tibia. The teenager experienced severe pain of the left heel on the twenty-first day.
