- Abstract
A case study of a 45-year-old female with sacroiliitis was started on certolizumab pegol (CP). The article discusses psoriatic alopecia-like paradoxical reaction to CP. It notes that she had a history of hypothyroidism and palmoplantar psoriasis. It notes that the after topical clobetasol therapy for 8 weeks, the scale disappeared but the alopecia persisted.
