- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old man with multiple nodules on his scalp and was admitted to the hospital for medical evaluation and treatment. The patient was then diagnose with an angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) through underwent a fine-needle aspiration cytology and was given medical therapy with intralesional corticosteroids, methotrexate and imiquimod. The article also suggests other treatments to ALHE include surgical excision, cryotherapy and lasers.
