- Abstract
The article discusses ways in which a disordered reading of conventional and highly charged iconography might lead to new understandings of the intersections of fashion imagery, art and religion. Topics include the analyses Dolce and Gabbana's 2013 ‘Tailored Mosaic' collection, which interpreted the mosaics of the Cathedral of Monreale in Sicily, Italy.
