- Abstract
An editorial is presented concerning various decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the health of sexual and gender minority (SGM) people. It discusses issues such as denial of health services to SGM people in the case Fulton v. Philadelphia and the precedent Employment Division v. Smith, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the case California v. Texas, and the issue of conversion therapy in the case Otto v. City of Boca Raton that may be brought to the Supreme Court.
