- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 38-year-old woman who was suffering from leukocytosis and thrombocytosis. She had the symptoms of fever, night sweats and weight loss. Her thyroid was mildly enlarged. The lower limbs showed marked nonpitting edema and peaux d'orange appearance of the skin. Anisocytosis and poikilocytosis were also seen and bone marrow histology also showed moderately hypercellular marrow with no abnormal cells and no fibrosis.
