- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 64 year old man who was referred to a clinic for coronary angiography after a non-ST elevation myocardial infarction. The patient underwent coronary angiography and showed 99 percent stenosis of the major obtuse marginal branch (OM) of the circumflex (CX). 45 minutes from the procedure he experienced disorientation to time and place, could not recognize relatives and during the night, he experienced visual hallucinations.
