Concerns About Potential Bias in a Randomized Clinical Trial of Integrated Prolonged Exposure Therapy vs Seeking Safety Integrated Coping Skills Therapy - Reply I trained and supervised therapists in SS on that study and a pilot study we published together.[3] I was coinvestigator on an R01 grant in which I trained and supervised SS therapists. Supervisors and fidelity raters were Veterans Administration (VA) psychologists who led clinics and training rotations treating comorbid alcohol use disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including with SS.
