- Abstract
The authors comment on the 2019 study by Law et al on the link of suboptimal nocturnal glucose control to large for gestational age in treated gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Topics discussed include the participants' GDM diagnosis at 26 weeks' gestation and of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) at 30-32 weeks' gestation, and the argument for the therapy to correct nocturnal high glucose. Also noted is the argument for CGM before a second-line treatment for nocturnal glucose control.
