- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the reporting of socio-economic status (SES) in randomized control trials of biologic disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), published in general medicine and rheumatology journals. Topics covered include journals included in the study, the limited reporting of SES characteristics of participants in the study, and indirect SES factors that were not reported in proportion to their likely role in RA disease outcomes.
