- Abstract
The book "Emotions and Youth in Mexico" is the fifth volume of the series "Emotions and Interdisciplinarity" and is coordinated by Rocío Enríquez Rosas and Oliva López Sánchez. The book brings together studies on youth in Mexico, addressing topics such as the labor market, school, political participation, violence, sexuality, and the differences between rural, urban, indigenous, and migrant youth. The objective of the book is to make visible the diverse subjective experiences of young people and dismantle prejudices about their ability to control their emotions. The book is organized into three analytical axes: emotions, public space, and youth; sexuality, infatuation, and youth; and emotions, body, and youth.
