- Abstract
To study the high temperature sensitization technology of site mixing emulsion explosive, the effects of the concentration and content of sensitizing liquid, the sensitizing temperature, as well as the content of sensitizing agent on the high temperature sensitization process were studied by experiments, and the optimal parameters were obtained. The sensitization device of the site mixing equipment was improved based on the high temperature sensitization technology, and the relationship between the proportion of lubricant in water ring and the charge delivery pressure was experimentally studied. According to the detonation performance test and industrial application test of the explosive, the high temperature sensitization technology has significant advantages, which greatly improves the safety and economic benefits of the site mixing emulsion explosives, compared with the low temperature sensitization technology.
