- Abstract
The article explores the role the Indiana Supreme Court case Ellingham v. Dye played in shaping the Indiana Constitutional experience. Topics discussed include history of debate over amending state constitutions in the context of evolving national developments, and examination on Indiana's attempt to legislate constitutional reform and the reasons behind the efforts of those advocating extra-legal change to the state's fundamental law.
