- Abstract
Analyzing microbiota of soils populated with H. purpurascens could bring new data regarding its toxicity level. Studies on enzymes activities in soil are important as they indicate the potential of the soil to support biochemical processes which are essential for the maintenance of soil fertility. The enzymological analyses consisted in determination of the following enzymatic activities: actual and potential dehydrogenase, phosphatase, catalase. The four enzymatic activities were present in all soil samples, diferences were obvious only in processes intensity. Based on theoretical values of enzymatic activity, enzymatic indicator of soil quality (EISQ) was calculated. The value of EISQ showed moderate and high enzymatic activity.
