- Abstract
The authors discuss the negative undertones attached to the term "anti-epileptic drug." They mention that the term "anti-epileptic drug" can be easily construed to entail that the drug is for an "epileptic" that is a person having epilepsy. They say that "drugs" do not necessarily have curative/therapeutic function as opposed to the term "medicines" which are therapeutic by definition.
