- Abstract
This paper introduced the source and composition of waste liquid of oil and gas production, and problems existed during coagulation treatment. Based on the mechanism of coagulant combined with the characters of waste liquid, we prepared boron - containing polynuclear inorganic polymer coagulant (BPSAF) , and then synthesized a certain boron - containing polynuclear inorganic - organic polymer coagulant (CPC) by introducing AM and DMDAAC, which contains both polynuclear norganic polyvalent ions and organic polymer chain, and has good stability. Compared with formal coagulant, CPC showed better coagulation effects, and better adaptability to water quality. We also analyzed BPSAF, CPC and raw materials mixture by FTIR, SEM and X-ray diffraction, and the results showed that the CPC prepared is not a mixture of raw materials, but a novel polymer.
