- Abstract
The study was to develop a QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with UPLC-MS/MS for simultaneous determination of 19 quinolone residues in livestock and poultry feces. The animal feces were extracted by acetonitrile (containing 5% formic acid), purified by QuEChERS, methanol + 0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase, confirmed by UPLC-MS/MS, and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the detection limit of the optimized method was 0.15~0.60 μg/kg, the limit of quantification was 0.5~2.0 μg/kg, the recovery rate was 61.3%~ 92.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.2%~9.7%. The experiment indicates that the method is convenient, rapid, low limit of quantification and good stability, and it is suitable for the detection of 19 kinds of quinolone residues in livestock and poultry feces.
