- Abstract
Originally called the method of theoretical essay, the study proposes the objective dialogue on the theories proposed by Wright and MacMahan (1992) recommending possible guidance on its use by the People Management, using the dimensions of its policies, principles and processes. The study identifies the following theories: Model Cyber, Transaction Cost Theory, Theory of the Firm Resources, Power and Resource Dependency Models, Institutional Theory and Behavioral Perspective. Theories can result in strategic boundaries in order to (re) think the management practices on the need to (re) designing and / or (re) parameterize its guidelines.
