- Abstract
The article presents a 42-year-old male with papulonodular (PN), pruriginous outbreak of the limbs in 2009. Four years earlier, the patient had a car accident and the first papules came out around the trauma and burn scars. The nodules started to recess gradually when the patient underwent tonsillectomy, only with the use of local steroids and six months after, the nodules completely disappeared.
