- Abstract
The article discusses the risk of left heart disease (LHD) as the cause of pulmonary hypertension (PH). An overview on the significant advances in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve the quality of life and patient's survival, is highlighted. Challenges in PH-PHD with the pulmonary vasculature in patients, is also emphasized.
