- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year-old man examined with lateral medullary infarction due to its neurologic symptoms. It mentions the study of J. S. Kim with cases involving lateral medullary infarction with vertigo as its sole manifestation. The article discusses lateral medullary infarction with several neurologic symptoms including vertigo, dysarthria, and Horner's syndrome that helps in arriving at correct diagnosis.
