- Abstract
We aimed at studying on the chemical components of transformation outcome of microbial transformation of Dioscorea panthaica by Aspergillus niger(Ym33182). It effected Dioscorea panthaica by solid substrate; analysed change of transformation by HPLC; separating purification with various chromatographic techniques; identifying frame of compound by chemical spectrum dam. Four compounds were obtained, they were daucosterol(1), prosapogenin B(2), dioscin(3), gracillin(4). Prosapogenin B, which was not in Dioscorea panthaica, was 10.77% of transformation outcomes.
