- Abstract
This article reports the results of research undertaken on continuity of services in the context of a method of case management implemented in three regions of Quebec, in particular the effect of contact between the case manager and service users. This qualitative and inductive research project took the form of a multiple case study. For each case, the authors examine three forms of continuity, in terms of approach, relation with the client, and information. From this analysis the authors elicit common factors and consider how these affect the professional practice of case management. The analysis shows how
