- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 82-year-old woman, with a significant medical history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and bronchiectasis presented to the emergency department with progressive shortness of breath of 1 week, associated with decreased in effort tolerance with limitation of daily activities. These symptoms were in conjunction with a recently selfpalpated left breast lump of 2 months, progressively increasing in size, with no associated skin changes or nipple discharge.
