- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 18-year-old male patient who complained for partial almost painless erection following a blunt perineal trauma during skateboard evolution. Due to persistent priapism and probable localisation of the fistula showed by Doppler examination, the patient's physicians decided for open operation with direct excision of the fistula. It discusses the pathological aspects of priapism, which is an erection disorder that last more than four hours.
