- Abstract
The article compares chronic exercise training to acute endurance exercise in cutting neurotoxicity in rats immersed to lead acetate. The study was done on the rats that were vaccinated with 20-millgram per kilogram of lead acetate each, where they were rendered 8 weeks of treadmill workout at 1.6 kilometers per hur until exhaustion. Results showed that exercise can cut neurotoxicity and mitigate oxidative stress in rats that were exposed to the substance.
