- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 39-year-old with mental retardation, diabetes mellitus (DM), and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) on chronic hemodialysis. It says that the patient underwent sonography and he has postaxial hexadactyly and brachydactyly of the four limbs. It states that the patient was diagnosed with Bardet-Biedl syndrome.
