- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of pentostatin along with cyclophosphamide and bexarotene for treating patients with mycosis fungoides (MF) and sezary syndrome (SS). It informs that cyclophosphamide induces intra-strand cross-linking during cell division which requires excision repairing and pentostatin is an inhibitor of adenosine deaminase. It also mentions that all the three drugs have synergistic effect when combined together for treating MF and SS patients.
