- Title
Structure of invisible intermediate of a protein.
- Authors
Chakrabarti, Kalyan S.
- Abstract
The article discusses the use of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in identifying the atomistic information about minor states at equilibrium. It states that NMR spectroscopy can provide information about the exchange component in chemical equilibrium through relaxation dispersion experiments. Moreover, NMR spectroscopy can calculate protein folding intermediate.
