- Authors
Byass, Peter
- Abstract
An essay is presented on issues related to global health estimates. It offers two sources of global estimates, which include the United Nations (UN) together with its specialized agencies such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and northern academic institutions. It also states that the key factors for the robustness and transparency of global estimates are the extent of linked, available data, and sound methods.
