- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10 year-old male patient initially presenting with fever, swelling, and pain in the left inguinal lymph node. It is reported that initial laboratory results indicated abnormalities, including significant left inguinal lymphadenopathy and para-aortic lymphadenopathy. It is further reported that the patient's condition did not respond to conventional treatments for TAFRO syndrome, including corticosteroids, cyclosporine A, tocilizumab, and rituximab.
