- Abstract
The article highlights some aspects of education. It presents an overview that most of the school systems have a cultural lag in their curriculum. The cultural lag may block the qualitative achievement in the face of an increasing population. The technological status of education is another block to achieving educational quality for most students. It offers information that education is possibly the only major institution in the U.
