- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 46-year-old man with history of treatment-naïve chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV). Examinations showed normal alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase level with negative finding of baseline nonstructural protein 5A (NS5A) resistance-associated substitutions. Six months therapy of daclatasvir (DCV) + asunaprevir (ASV) was given.
