La formación de competencias en investigación educativa en los profesores de las filiales universitarias municipales.

This work is the result of the research carried out on improving university teachers to be trained in the educational investigation. With the purpose of delimitating the potentialities and debilities of the professors in the formation of educative competences, a study was made in the Municipal University Center in Fomento. The methodological approach used priories the qualitative research, although some aspects of quantitative character are included. Throughout the development of the investigation the general method of the dialectical materialism and other methods of the educative research from the theoretical and empirical levels are used. As a result the principal regularities are obtained expressed in debilities and potentials showing up the formation of competencies in educational investigation of the professors in the Municipal University Center in Fomento.
