- Abstract
By analysing the memetical communication from the points of view of Saussurre's semiology and biopolitical apparatus as it was thought by Foucault and Agamben, we establish connections between these theories and the use of this kind of communication in Brazilian contemporary politics. Through this analysis it was possible to perceive that the memes, particularly the political ones, operate by desubjectivation rather than in the mode of subjectivivation's apparatus.
