- Abstract
The article focuses on the key uncertainties for discharging technology transfer obligations in relation to aquatic genetic resources for breeding and product development under the patent law with the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Nagoya Protocol. It analyze the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) with the breeding, regulatory approval, compulsory licensing for the mechanism for technology transfer of genetic resources.
