- Abstract
The article presents information on the management of the compulsory income and the finance of the indigenous people in Australia with respect to the delivery of the social justice and the colonial dominations in the country. The culture of contemporary compulsory income management scheme is practiced in the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia. Information on the jurisprudence in the country regarding the relationship between social justice and law is also presented.
