- Title
Droning On and On: A Tort Approach to Regulating Hobbyist Drones.
- Authors
CASH, JORDAN M.
- Abstract
The article argues that legislative attempts in the U.S. to regulate recreational use of drones are unnecessary because existing common law tort claims of general applicability can effectively deter invasions of privacy by recreational drone operators, as of March 2016. It discusses the plans of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to develop a plan to safely integrate drones into the national airspace.
