- Abstract
The article reports that Tibetans have expressed disappointment over the stamps which were pasted over with New Zealand Post's airmail stickers in Tibet, China. The New Zealand Post explains that the group committed mistake in printing that forced them to cover the stamps to protect the from the breached terms and conditions for the stamps. Thuten Kesang, chairman of the Friends of Tibet New Zealand, expressed disappointment since some of the supported wanted to collect the stamps.
