- Title
Deutsche Waffenexporte nach Mexiko. Heckler & Koch – ein Fall organisationaler Devianz?
- Authors
Dauner, Dominik
- Abstract
The article examines the case of German arms exports to Mexico by the company Heckler & Koch and raises the question of whether there are organizational deviations involved. It is pointed out that German weapons were used in an incident in 2014, in which six people were killed and 43 students were arrested. It is also mentioned that Heckler & Koch may have delivered G36 rifles to Mexico without an export permit. The article describes the trial against former employees of Heckler & Koch and discusses the concepts of individual and organizational deviations. It argues that the deviant practice within Heckler & Koch can be considered as an organizational deviation.
