- Abstract
The article examines the judicial interpretation and law application inside the courtroom with regards to access to justice for public interest in Canada. It explores the age-old concern on the increasing inaccessibility of justice being depicted as a problem for middle-class Canadians during public interest litigation. It argues in favour of accounts of the access to justice story that underscores the function of judicial decision-making inside the courtroom.
