- Abstract
The article deals with a study which examined the interobserver variability of radiographic pulmonary nodule diameter measurements in cats and dogs among readers with varying levels of experience. The results show that there was a 16% interobserver variability in diameter measurement for any given nodule. Based on this findings, it is suggested that a serial assessment of radiographic pulmonary nodules by the same clinician may no longer be valid.
