- Abstract
In 2010, Argentina implemented a digital inclusion program for public secondary schools. The main objective of the “Conectar Igualdad” program was democratizing knowledge through ICT and reduce the digital gap. This has changed since 2015 after the government of Cambiemos took measures around education that initially defunded the program and finally decided its closure in May 2018. These measures had a negative impact in the context of the current pandemic. This is the case of the educational community in the town of El Fuerte in the province of Jujuy.
