The article focuses on the purification offering described in the ancient Jewish document the "Temple Scroll." Topics addressed include discussion of requirements that priests alone must bring a bull for a purification offering during the first seven says of ordination, the need for a cereal and drink offering for each and every purification offering, and the absence of the additional types in purification offerings in the Bible.
