- Abstract
Being one of the first states of early feudalism, the state of the Franks was a state that played an important role during its time as a state. The treatment of legal institutions in this country, the Law of Saliks, law of property, inheritance, criminal law institutes, the organization of justice have all been attractive for researchers to observe how these legal institutes were treated during that time. The Law of Saliks is one of the most important and the most valuable acts in the historical-legal aspect, which presents a summary of the Jacobin law of the Salik Franks. The purpose of the paper is to treat the legal and state institutions in the state of the Franks and to reflect that law and those institutions in order to know that the law has not evolved since that time.
